With over 17 years under her belt at Chanticleer, it will come as no surprise to know that Tracey Salt's passion for the job as Designer and Owner of the business is very much her hobby too! After studying for 3 years in Cheltenham achieving a Ba Hons in Fashion & Textiles, Tracey left college and joined the business where she worked her way up, eventually taking over the business when the previous owner retired. From sketch to finished gown, Tracey continues to thrive off the fantastic variety of brides she individually works with, building great relationships and providing a dream dress that she understands will be perfect for the bride for the big day. Never one to shy away from a challenge,  it's very important to Tracey to spend at least 9-12 months researching fabrics, trims and trends for each collection, keeping her finger on the pulse of Bridalwear trends.

Chanticleer's dress collections are  launched each year in the Autumn. Each collection has been designed through various inspirations. Whether it’s the 'Blue Ribbon' collection inspired by the romance and celebration of 100 years of the Titanic, or the ‘All That Jazz’ collection, inspired by a Caro Emerald jazz song, Tracey mainly looks to Media, Film, Music and Current culture to bring beautiful and creative designs to each collection.  The 2014 'Anniversary' collection,  was inspired by period dramas and has historic influences, while 2015  'Eden' Collection embraced everything 'Floral', entwining both Vintage and Art Deco in beautifully feminine styles, combining lavish 3D fabrics, soft antique spot tulles to delicate beaded laces. Last year Chanticleer released its 2016 collection 'Shakespeare in Love' a romantic feminine homage to a time gone by using soft translucent organza, delicate lace, heavily embellished tulles and shades of ivory and pink,

The much anticipated 'Urban Angel' 2017 Collection has transformed the label once again. It features gorgeous two-pieces and a range of breathtaking gowns to suit any modern day bride. With a versatile mix of fabrics, fits and necklines, the wow worthy designs are a must see for any bride searching for the one.
